Lastly, Badrinath is the fourth holy dham of this yatra. It is also the CharDham Yatra shrine in India. Badrinath temple is dedicated to lord Vishnu. In 8th century, it was constructed by Adi Guru Shankaracharya and renovated several times due to damages by nature. Other attractions of Badrinath are Tapt Kund in which devotees take a holy dip before entering the main temple of Shri Badrinath. The water of this kund has medicinal properties also.
